The Commissioner is going to receive a digital copy of the commissioned artwork unwatermarked, in full resolution.

After the files are delivered to the Commissioner, the Artist is not responsible for certain situations in which the files might get lost (like hardware damage/malfunction/loss, issues with online storage on side of the provider).

Unless discussed otherwise, the Artist might share work in progress shots as well as stream the process of creating of the artwork publicly or using various ways of monetization with the general public.

The Artist reserves the right to decline any commission, for whatever reason.

Please describe how you want your commission to be, such as pose, expression, or general vibe. If not, then I will use my artistic freedom to decide.

Image with heavy shading or with watermark obscuring the design may lessen my ability to draw your character accurately.

My art may not be used to train AI

Revision will be available after I show you the WIP for each work process, which is: sketch > lineart > color > shading

หลังจากส่งมอบไฟล์งานให้แก่ผู้จ้างเรียบร้อยแล้ว นักวาดจะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อกรณีใดๆ ที่อาจทำให้ไฟล์สูญหายในภายหลัง (เช่น อุปกรณ์ฮาร์ดแวร์เสียหาย/ทำงานผิดปกติ/สูญหาย หรือปัญหาเกี่ยวกับคลาวด์จัดเก็บข้อมูลออนไลน์ทางฝั่งของผู้ให้บริการ)

หากไม่มีการตกลงกัน นักวาดอาจนำภาพขั้นตอนการทำงาน (WIP) ไปเผยแพร่ รวมถึงสตรีมกระบวนการวาดภาพสู่สาธารณะ หรือใช้ช่องทางต่างๆ ในการสร้างรายได้จากสาธารณะ

นักวาดมีสิทธิ์ในการปฏิเสธไม่รับงานใดๆ ก็ตาม โดยไม่จำเป็นต้องแจ้งเหตุผล

กรุณาอธิบายรายละเอียดงานคอมมิชชันที่ต้องการให้ชัดเจน เช่น ท่าทาง, สีหน้า หรือมู้ดโทนโดยรวมของภาพ หากไม่มีการระบุ นักวาดจะใช้อิสระในการตัดสินใจเอง

หากภาพเรฟตัวละครลูกค้ามีลายน้ำเยอะๆ หรือสาดแสงเงาเยอะๆ อาจทำให้นักวาดดูไม่ออกและอาจวาดผิดได้

ไม่อนุญาติให้นำผลงานไปใช้ในการเทรน AI หรือ Generative AI ใดๆ

รับเงินจริงเท่านั้น (ไม่รับสกุลเงินในเกม หรือแต้มจำลองต่างๆ)

โปรดเตรียมพร้อมชำระเงินภายใน 24-48 ชั่วโมง หากไม่สามารถส่งยอดชำระได้ตามเวลา จะถือเป็นการยกเลิกออเดอร์

หากงานถูกยกเลิกเนื่องจาก ความผิดพลาด หรือ ไม่สามารถทำงานให้สำเร็จได้ จะคืนเงินให้เต็มจำนวน ไม่ว่างานนั้นจะอยู่ในขั้นตอนใดก็ตาม

งานคอมมิชชันทั้งหมดเป็นแบบไม่ใช้ในเชิงพาณิชย์

หากวางแผนจะนำงานไปใช้ในเชิงพาณิชย์ ให้สอบถามก่อนสั่งงาน โดยจะมีการคิดราคาเพิ่มอีก +100% จากราคาเต็ม

ไม่อนุญาตให้นำผลงานที่ได้รับไปวางขายหรือขายต่อในรูปแบบ NFT (Non-Fungible Token) และไม่อนุญาตให้นำไปใช้เทรนโมเดล AI (Generative AI) ใดๆ ทั้งสิ้น

อนุญาตให้โพสต์ผลงานได้ตามสะดวก ขอแค่ให้เครดิตเจ้าของผลงานด้วย

ห้ามแอบอ้างว่าเป็นผลงานของตัวเองเด็ดขาด

สามารถแก้ไขงานได้หลังจากที่ส่งความคืบหน้าให้ดูในแต่ละขั้นตอน ซึ่งขั้นตอนประกอบด้วย: ภาพร่าง > ตัดเส้น > ลงสีพื้น > ลงเงา
